Privacy Policy
Effective 29 September 2026.
On Deck has no accounts. It never asks for your name, email address, location or contacts. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell data.
What the app sends to our server
- An Installation ID: a random code the app makes when it is installed. It is not tied to your name or your Apple Account, and reinstalling the app makes a new one.
- An App Attest key, which lets our server check that requests come from a genuine copy of the app.
- Push notification tokens, so we can send you game alerts and update the app on your watch face.
- The team you follow, your notification settings, and your quiet hours. Your time zone is sent only while quiet hours are on.
- Which games you have muted.
- If you subscribe: the subscription details Apple provides, such as your plan, whether you are in a free trial, and when it renews or ends. We never receive your name, your Apple Account or your payment details.
We use this only to run the app: scores, alerts, your watch face and your subscription.
Who else handles it
- Apple delivers push notifications and handles subscriptions and payments.
- Cloudflare hosts our server. Our server's logs include the Installation ID and are kept for no more than 7 days. Cloudflare may also record standard request details such as IP addresses.
- Game scores come from a sports data provider. We send it nothing about you.
How long we keep it
- Muted games and alert records are deleted about 12 hours after each game ends.
- Your team and settings are kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Subscription records are kept so that your subscription keeps working.
Deleting your data
Email us with your Installation ID, which is shown in the app under Settings, Support, and we will delete what we hold for it. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
